Asian-inspired Cholesterol-Lowering Sex Drive Boosting Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup edamame
  • 1 cup shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 block extra-firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • Brown rice or quinoa for serving

Instructions

In a large skillet, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic and ginger.
Add tofu cubes and brown on all sides.
Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha sauce. Add mushrooms, edamame, broccoli, and bell pepper. Cook until tender-crisp.
Sprinkle cashews over stir-fry and mix well.
Serve over brown rice or quinoa.
