Baked Chicken Breast with Steamed Broccoli and Quinoa

A healthy and balanced dinner recipe for day 4 of a 5-day meal plan.
Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 1 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake the chicken breast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
While the chicken is baking, cook the quinoa according to package instructions.
Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Once everything is cooked, serve the baked chicken breast with steamed broccoli and quinoa. Enjoy!
