Beef and Avocado Rice Bowl with Poached Egg

Ingredients
- 1 cup of rice
- 500 grams of ground beef
- 1 ripe avocado, cubed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
Poach the eggs until the whites are set but yolks remain runny.
