Beef Stir-Fry with Broccoli, Bell Peppers, and Snap Peas

A delicious and nutritious beef stir-fry with a mix of colorful vegetables and savory soy sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 oz beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup snap peas
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, beef broth, and cornstarch. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add beef slices and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for another minute.
Add broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Pour in the soy sauce mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
Serve hot over brown rice.
