Italian Chicken Stir Fry

A delicious and healthy Italian chicken stir fry with zucchini, bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

In a bowl, marinate the chicken slices with Italian seasoning for 10 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned.
Add the zucchini, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes to the pan.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Stir fry until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is cooked through.
Serve hot with a side salad.
